Privacy Policy — Container Cargo Capacity Calculator (CCCC)

Overview

Container Cargo Capacity Calculator ("CCCC", "the app") is a mobile utility for planning container cargo placement and validating container numbers. The app works offline and does not require an account.

Data the app itself collects

None. All data you enter (container dimensions, cargo lists, saved plans, custom container types, language preference) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any server. Deleting the app deletes this data.

The app requests access to your photo library only when you choose to export a loading plan image, and uses it solely to save that image.

The app periodically fetches a small version-configuration file from GitHub to check whether a mandatory update is required. This request does not include any personal data.

Advertising (free tier)

The free tier shows interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process data to serve ads, including:

• Device identifiers (such as the advertising ID / IDFA, where you have given permission)
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

How this data is processed is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices

• EEA / UK users: on first launch you are shown a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform). You can refuse or customize consent; the app remains fully functional and will show non-personalized or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app.
• iOS users: you can decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; ads will then be non-personalized.
• You can reset your device advertising ID in your device settings at any time.

Purchasing an ad-free tier (when available) removes advertising entirely.

Children

The app is a professional logistics tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Data sharing and selling

We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data. Advertising data is processed directly by Google AdMob as described above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, when in-app purchases are introduced). The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
